What can reverse the 'fibrositic nodules' in people with fibrositis or fibromyalgia?

For 3 yrs., I've been suffering from fibromyalgia on my left shoulder, pectoralis, and most especially on my intercostal muscles. As we have found out, this is all the result of a certain abusive habit since I was 11 yrs. old and now I'm already 22. It's really hard to explain it here. But I can say that this 'abusive habit' I'm talking about had been repeteadly strained my intercostals until the fibromyalgia had already manifested…3 yrs. ago. Now my condition have only mitigated a bit and I'm still suffering. So what I really need is for my palpable 'nodules of tightened muscles' to be reversed.

That is known as myofascial trigger points. You can read up on it in Dr. Devin Starlanyl's web site. Its complex but she has written some good books that you can read . If you cant afford to buy them maybe you could find them at the library!

I have suffered from chronic nodules for several years, I find routine deep tissue massage by a therapist with experience in FM will give you the best results until the nodule is gone.
