• Anything with yeast, sugar, trans fats, dyes, preservatives, fortification, sulfites, artificial nitrites

• Any kind of tea
• Cranberries, strawberries, blueberries and most other berries
• High glycemic foods
• Mushrooms - because it is a type of fungi
• Soy milk
• Lemon juice or hot lemon water
• Milk and most dairy products except as noted above
Making The Change
Making changes in your diet is never easy, especially if you have poor eating habits already but you can do it. Especially if you know that these changes will decrease the amount of pain you feel due to your fibromyalgia, you will be ready to tackle this new plan.
